It’s worse than most people think. D.C. has pretty much eliminated The United
States Constitution. Taxing AIG, limiting executive pay, it’s all
un-Constitutional. …but they’re doing it anyway… Barring a revolution,
from here on out, this is ‘America’ in name only.
Something I’ve been sharing around the U.S. over the last couple of weeks:

Basically, HR 1586 just finishes off Habeas Corpus and implements Bills of
Attainder. Which means the government doesn’t have to tell you anything or
charge you with any crime through any judicial process, or pass judgment on
your innocence or guilt through a trial by your peers. You are judged guilty,
ex post facto.
They can just come and take all of your property and throw you and your
friends and loved ones in prison. After that, it’ll just be a show trial,
because you’re already guilty, ex post facto.
When are they coming for you?
iow, The Constitution no longer applies to anyone in the United States. It
doesn’t apply to you or me …or to the politicans who wrote it …or to
those who voted for it.
