BarroMetrics Views: I Back!

It’s been a tough month or so.

Mom suffered a series of heart attacks and was not expected to survive. This meant I had to fly to Sydney in the middle of my live-sessions for the Habits of Success seminar. Luckily Cheryl Ho stepped up to more than ably fill the gap. Thanks Cheryl!

By the way: Mom is now recovered. My brother, Rene, says her heart is so strong. Not the first time Mom has done a Lazarus act.

Last year, I enrolled myself into a Train-the-Trainer course run by the Harv Ecker Group. This came up just after I got back from Sydney.  The lead trainer, Blair Sinclair was just fabulous.

But, the program was intensive. I like to sit at the front of the class. This meant I had to get up at 6:45 am, have breakfast, and get to Singapore Expo by 8:00 am to take a place at the front of the queue (doors opened at 8:30).

So, what’s so difficult about that? Well for the first three nights we finished at 12:30 am! By the time I got home and was able to get to sleep, it was around 2:00 am. Five or so hours of sleep is not enough for me. But hey, we do whatever it takes, right.

Back to the markets.

The 30-year bonds are shaping up for a low risk sell - I’ll look at that tomorrow.
