BarroMetrics Views: Taking It Easy
I took it easy yesterday and today.
Every three years of so for the past decade, I have suffered a bout of Transient Global Amnesia - a condition where I lose my short-term memory for 24 hrs. In the recent past, I have learned to recognise the warning symptoms. Yesterday morning I ’saw’ the signs.
The solution to the problem is to take it easy and to avoid any stressful activity. That’s what I have been doing for the past 33 hrs - living the life of Riley. You have never heard of ‘Riley’? Go here:

I am crossing my fingers and hoping that I don’t get an attack during the first part of the Habits of Success presentation on Sat March 12.Imagine if I suddenly appear disorientated and say something like: “What am I doing here? Who are you?” Not to worry, I have a few friends who can take over - Ana Wang, Peter Ow, Chew….all will do a great job!
And speaking of Habits of Success…..
I am pleased to announce that we have two great resources to help traders who attend HOS:
- Nelly Darmali will be available as a Results Coaching System trained coach and
- James Leong, Master NLP Trainer (and a host of other credentials) has developed a bio=feedback approach to help day-traders measure and ensure that their stress levels are kept at an optimum.
A couple of very lucky HOS participants will be invited to a complimentary trial.
